We’ve got a fabulous resident mixologist crew already in situ but we’re still looking for more people wishing to train as specialist bartenders with us. If you would like to apply for one of our bartending, back bar or waiting staff roles, please get in touch ASAP.
We’ve taken on, refurbished and updated the former Bar des Arts bar near the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Millbrook, in a big way, you won’t recognise it, creating something pretty unique to Guildford with a ‘London feel’.
Now we’re looking to employ a further 10 or more staff to help with our upmarket venue and provide our customers with the very best food, drinks and customer service.
We will provide some food too including charcuterie and cheese platters and are looking for at least three waiting staff. People can pre-book booths and tables for birthday parties or other celebrations, so we expect to be very busy.
Also for Christmas, we are organising hot food menus, on request, via the top London chef Aneke Spacie, formerly at The Ivy, for parties.
We’ll host some fantastic acoustic bands from Guildford and surrounding areas too and on Sundays we will have Jazz bands playing from 5pm.
Our aim is to become known as one of Guildford’s most sophisticated night spots, where people can relax and party in equal measures while listening to a range of live music and also enjoying champagne and cocktails.
