A top London chef who has previously worked in the capital at The Ivy is taking up residence with us this month (December, 2015).

Aneke Spacie is helping with our hot party food menus in the run up to Christmas.

She has been a professional Chef for more than 20 years and her broad experience includes Michelin star restaurants, head and executive chef roles, menu development, nutrition and diet work, event catering and cooking for high profile celebrities.

Aneke has recently completed a number of successful projects including working at McLaren for the Formula 1 team and has been running pop up restaurants in Surrey prior to the opening of her destination restaurant Waters Edge in Horsell Common.

The talented chef is well-known for her exciting, cutting edge creations and for ‘pushing the boundaries’ of culinary science and art.

Aneke told us: “I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the finest chefs in the world and in some of the best restaurants: Rainer Becker at Zuma, Mark Hix, Alan Bird at the Ivy and Alain Ducasse in NewYork.

“I have also designed and created items for Harrods food halls and ‘fashion food’ for Giorgio Armani.”

She has written two successful books and makes appearances on TV and radio talking about her passion for food.
